Mombacho Volcano

The Mombacho Volcano is one of the most famous volcanoes in Nicaragua due to several factors. Its location just 10 km from the Granada city, its access infrastructure and, above all things, the mystical cloud forest that occupies much of its sides and top.
Guadalupe Church
The Guadalupe church is located in the eastern part of Granada, at the street La Calzada. It was constructed in 1626 by Fray Benito Baltodano as a cloister. In 1856 it was used by William Walker for 18 days as his last bastion. This caused damages to the church, which have later been repaired. Reconstruction took place until 1965.

Zapatera Island

Zapatera Island has an area of 52 squares kilometers and is the second largest island in the cocibolca lake after ometepe, it was formed by an active volcano wich now is covered by a tropical forest vegetation and several rocky streams.

Cafe de los suenos, Also a traditional Mexican restaurant, where they use tortillas and put spinach and meat in eat to make a delicious meat shell combo.
